The Fort Lauderdale version of the popular South Beach restaurant. The sushi is fresh and the combinations are imaginative but the real reason to come to Sushi Rock is for the menu items no one else even attempts; the whole grilled squid with ginger, crunch salad from three types of seaweed and some dazzling seafood dishes baked in ceramic bowls. For meat lovers, the pork sauteed with ginger is particularly good. Serving lunch and dinner.
