Aiming to open in fall 2008 with boutique shops and two ground floor restaurants - on the boulevard and on Riverwalk. The building will also provide a link between the downtown business district and Las Olas shops and restaurants. The building will be located on the site of the old Hyde Park Supermarket next to Stranahan House (see picture below).
