Fort Lauderdale June 2016 – B Square Burgers & Booze, a new concept from a team of restaurant and culinary professionals from New York and Connecticut, will be opening soon at 1021 E. Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale. The restaurant will serve creative burgers, fresh salads along with a complete menu of small bites and main courses. B Square’s goal is to provide professional and friendly service in a fun, casual atmosphere.
The burgers will feature all-natural, hormone and antibiotic-free beef with homemade buns, fresh produce and other specialty ingredients. Burger options include the McDuck—topped with duck, foie gras and concord grape, juniper berry glaze—and the Aw-Shucks—topped with fried oysters, green leaf and tarragon-tartar spread. Ko-B Dogs, hot dogs made from American Kobe beef, will also be among the highlights on the menu. The foot-long Decadent Dog, for example, will be served with truffle oil, sauteed lobster and garlic butter.
In addition, B Square Burgers will offer entrees, jumbo wings and a complete salad bar where vegetables and toppings will be showcased in a glass display, so that guests can select their ingredients and have them chopped or tossed together into a salad.
A central bar (this one’s for booze, not salads) will be the focal point of the restaurant. Here, guests can enjoy a selection of craft beers, specialty cocktails and wines by the glass or by the bottle. B Square Burgers & Booze will serve weekend brunch, feature happy hour specials and provide live music.
