The 56th Annual Christmas on Las Olas will take place on Tuesday, November 27th from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. between SE 6th Avenue and SE 11th Avenue. The Annual Fort Lauderdale event is free and open to the public. Christmas comes early this year as the Las Olas Association and its sponsor partners will once again transform Downtown Fort Lauderdale into an urban Winter Wonderland!
The centerpieces of the evening are the four performance stages featuring more than 35 local school and church choirs. Come join us for non-stop family entertainment as the sounds of the holidays ring out.

New Sponsors to the Annual Event
Bacardi, Grey Goose, Bombay Sapphire, Fleurs De Prairie, Josh Cellars, Cohen and McMullen LLC, DiPietro Partners LLP and Pollo Tropical will add to the “spirit” of the season as we savor the taste of holiday cheer provided at the food and beverage stations throughout the event. A total of six sanctioned Christmas on Las Olas outdoor bars will include: Big City Tavern, American Social, the Riverside Hotel, Tuscan Grill, Louis Bossi and Luigi’s Coal Fired Pizza.
The children’s fun zone area, also known as One Beat CPR’s Enchanted Village, has been relocated to the intersection of Las Olas & 8th Ave. This section includes a winter-themed bounce house and free holiday activities for kids to enjoy while learning the value of life-saving CPR.
Photos for the kids with Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus will be located at One Beat CPR’s Enchanted Village at the 788 E. Las Olas retail building recently built by the Las Olas Company.
Returning as the Number One (#1) Attraction – SNOW MOUNTAIN!!
Snow Mountain welcomes NEW Co-Sponsors Cohen and McMullen LLC and DiPietro Partners LLP. Snow Mountain will be located at the intersection of Las Olas & SE 9th Ave which happens to be the same location as the new offices for DiPietro Partners LLP. This holiday favorite brings fun, excitement and smiles, as boys and girl of all ages enjoy a 70-ft. sled ride down REAL snow. In addition to the REAL snow on Snow Mountain, snow will fall from the sky with TWO snow machines stationed high above the buildings over the 9th Ave intersection. WOW!
Anidjar & Levine P.A. bring back the popular Skate Las Olas for one magical night directly across from Snow Mountain, while Infiniti of Coconut Creek will sponsor the Movie Theater relocating outside of the Louie Bossi restaurant / bistro.
Audiences will be captivated with more than 30 performances happening on 4 stages as part of the evening festivities. Truly Nolen 8th Avenue performance stage and Pollo Tropical 10th Terrace stage and Sidewalk Stage performance stages will incorporate the sights and sounds of the season with local school and church choirs including our beloved community children’s steel drum band known as the Angel Tones.
iHeart Radio will have radio personalities from BIG 105.9, Y100, 93.9MIA and their mobile broadcast vehicles will be located at the three large performance stages with free giveaways throughout the evening.

3 City Blocks dedicated to your enjoyment: With holiday décor of cheerful static and kinetic lighting displays dressing up the Boulevard from one end to the other, Las Olas Boulevard takes on the aura of a magical holiday wonderland! It’s a perfect night to shop with the stores open late!!
Throughout the evening, visitors can enjoy an eclectic array of food with vendors offering holiday treats at more than 70 booths! A lighted Menorah will also mark the Hanukah celebration in this all-inclusive holiday tradition.
Nearly one hundred Las Olas Boulevard shops including boutiques and art galleries, as well as dozens of Fort Lauderdale’s best restaurants and bistros will offer gift certificate buying opportunities and gift items, sure to please everyone.
Each year, the Las Olas Boulevard Association invites non-profits to participate in this annual holiday event, and this year is no exception.
Florida Children’s Theater, Museum of Discovery and Science, Junior Achievement, Salvation Army and Miami City Ballet are just a few of those benefiting from the occasion. “Christmas on Las Olas is a huge fundraiser for our organization and the bell ringers enjoy meeting their friends and neighbors” said Gregory Jackson, Special Events Coordinator for Salvation Arm of Broward.
“We consider Christmas on Las Olas as our gift to the community,” said Luke Moorman, President of the Las Olas Association. “It’s the most exciting time of the year for the Boulevard and we are so proud to bring the community together. The smiles on everyone’s faces really says it all!”
