ETARU Launches Decadent Brunch Las Olas Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale

FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA. (August 8, 2018) – Las Olas residents and visitors alike are now able to enjoy ETARU’s contemporary Japanese cuisine while sipping free-flowing pours of Whispering Angel Rosé on the restaurant’s outdoor terrace and spacious dining room. The recently opened ETARU Las Olas adds to the robust brunch scene in Downtown Fort Lauderdale with the launch of its own decadent offering, which debuted  Sunday, August 19.

ETARU’s brunch will launch with an introductory price of $55 per person (excluding tax and gratuity) and will be offered every Sunday from 11AM until 4PM.

The brunch offering includes a welcome cocktail followed by bottomless pours of Whispering Angel Rosé, Sauvignon Blanc or Esteva Tinto. For an additional $20, guests can upgrade to Louis Roderer NV champagne.

Guests will enjoy a robust spread of hot and cold appetizers at the counter including some of ETARU’s signature plates – an assortment of Sashimi and hand rolled Maki; Sweet Potato Mash; Spinach and Grilled Greens Salad with chilli and lime; and White Miso Soup with scallions. Brunch also includes a main course with options such as Grilled Skirt Steak with wasabi chimichurri; Salmon Teriyaki with sansho salt and garlic; Spicy Tobanjan Glazed Pork Ribs; or Prawns with sweet potato and asparagus tempura with yuzu shichimi sauce. For an additional $15 guests can enjoy Lamb Cutlets with Korean spices; Prime Beef Fillet with eryngii mushrooms and wasabi ponzu sauce; and Black Cod with yuzu miso. For an additional $30, guests may indulge in Japanese Grade A5 Wagyu Beef with eryngii mushrooms and wasabi ponzu sauce.

ETARU Las Olas is located at Icon Las Olas at 500 East Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale. ETARU offers lunch and dinner seven days a week. Brunch is offered on Sundays from 11AM until 4PM.
