The Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Class 28th is hosting a community project, fundraiser and grand reopening to benefit the homeless and the Fort Lauderdale Fire & Safety Museum. The free event will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, April 30th, at the historic Fire & Safety Museum, 1022 W. Las Olas Blvd., Fort Lauderdale. This community event will feature games and crafts for children, food trucks, music, raffles and Engine 343, the memorial for firefighters who died on 9/11.
