The most common request heard when asking what people want to work on in class is hips. If you’re that person, you’re in luck! This 2 hour workshop is all about the hips. We will go over the anatomy and biomechanics of our hips and the fascinating (and major) role they play in how we feel physically. We will also explore a variety of movements together to dive deeper into understanding how to balance, release, and strengthen the muscles and fascia surrounding the low back, pelvis, and hips to improve overall hip health. This workshop is recommended for all levels of yoga practitioners (whether your hips are tight or flexible).
