In this 2-hour workshop, you’ll learn how to meditate with a mantra, understand the science behind meditation, and establish a daily practice that is consistent, accessible, and full of benefits.

Students will be taken through sample meditations, taught the Vedic technique of contemplative meditation, and have an opportunity to sample various meditative techniques to explore what’s right for you.
