This workshop is for self-identified women to come together to harness their inner Lioness in community. We will have guided meditation, breathwork, connection exercises, and yoga flow inspired to activate the wild and wise woman within inviting us to come into a sacred relationship with our bodies and our deepest desires for our life. Through connection in sisterhood sharing from our hearts vulnerably we can be seen, valued, and supported. You will leave this space feeling inspired and connected to your strength to live more deeply in your truth.
