Crow pose is sometimes referred to as the gateway pose to arm balances. Once you get the mechanics of Crow pose down, the world of arm balances begins to open up to you. In this workshop, we will break down crow pose to gain a deeper understanding of the techniques of getting into and holding the pose. You will learn and practice warm-up poses to prep the body, more accessible variations using props as you work up to the pose and tips and tricks that will have you lifting off in no time.
