Christmas on Las Olas

Join us on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 from 5:00PM - 10:00PM from SE 6th Avenue to SE 11th Avenue

Event Night Specifics

Event goes on rain or shine, no rainchecks, no refunds .

  • Exhibitors may use their own branded tent (let us know in advance if you don't require a tent from us) and can decorate with string lights that will be plugged into the median.

  • Exhibitors may serve non-alcoholic drinks and small bites. Vendors may not sell or serve alcohol.

  • Booth set up begins at 1 pm and must be complete by event opening at 5 pm. Booths must be manned from 5:00PM to 10:00PM. All booths must be cleared by 10:30PM. 

  • Exhibitors may order a power hook-up at a cost of $25 per 10x10 space; we provide a 12V connection. Additional power needs (ex: oven, microwaves, computers, TV, and refrigeration)  are the vendor’s responsibility.  Generators are permitted; you must also bring your own extension cords and necessary equipment.

About Exhibiting at Christmas on Las Olas

Booth spaces start at 10x10 and include a white tent, a table, and two chairs. Decorate your booth with signage, branding, merchandise and don't forget the holiday cheer!

A Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be provided, naming the Las Olas Association and the City of Fort Lauderdale as insured.
