In 2017, The Realtors® Association of the Palm Beaches (RAPB) voted to merge with the Greater Fort Lauderdale Realtors® (GFLR) and in 2018, merged with the South Broward Board of Realtors (SBBOR).  The merging of the RAPB+GFLR created the third largest association of its kind in the United States and a rare opportunity for the Realtors® in Palm Beach, Broward and St. Lucie Counties to have the best in class representing over 40,000 Association members and 41,000 MLS subscribers. The merged association’s multiple listing services carry more than 40,000 on-market listings, totaling over $21 billion in inventory.
