At its essence, ETARU Las Olas is a neighborhood restaurant that welcomes local diners as well as visitors with a critically acclaimed menu and vibe that embraces the South Florida scene. The new indoor-outdoor, multi-functional space was designed by Miami Beach’s Urban Robot Associates.
The space will be outfitted with natural touches of wood and pops of color mixed with industrial-chic design elements. An impressive tree-like structure will serve as the centerpiece of the restaurant alongside the central Robata grill, which will have an open concept, allowing guests to see the action.

ETARU offers the perfect balance of raw and robata grilled dishes, notable for their unparalleled freshness, simplicity and great flavor pairings. Sashimi, maki rolls, salads and tataki, snacks and soups are all beautifully presented on specialty plateware, handmade and imported from Japan.
