Riverwalk Fort Lauderdale is the nonprofit organization responsible for the programming, beautification, and activation of Riverwalk Park and the Downtown community.
We are composed primarily of volunteer private citizens and overseen by a board of directors. All members uphold the organization’s directive, as stated in its mission statement, “to be the catalyst in building and nurturing Riverwalk as a vibrant community connected by the New River.”
As a membership-based organization, Riverwalk is supported by individuals who are committed to its mission and are looking to network with like-minded individuals. Riverwalk events range from small intimate gatherings for members to large scale festivals such as Burger Battle and the Stone Crab & Seafood Festival.
Riverwalk Fort Lauderdale pursues a mission through a wide range of fundraising and membership events and advocacy on behalf of the Park and the district through our informative website and GoRiverwalk magazine and social media.
