FORT LAUDERDALE, FL (June 28, 2017)—Macken Companies, a full service real estate firm, has announced the sale of its four-bedroom, 2,964 square-foot model residence at Beach House, a new luxury development of four single-family homes on the barrier island of Dolphin Isles in Fort Lauderdale. The model residence, located at 3200 NE 26 Street, was sold fully furnished for $1.55 Million.  The price per square foot was $522.90, the highest single-family home sale in Dolphin Isles this year.  Jodi Macken, director of sales for Beach House, represented Developer Macken Companies in the transaction.
