Happy Hour daily at ETARU Las Olas from 4PM until 7PM. The menu features $6 signature cocktails, $5 sake and wine and $3 Sapporo beers, as well as $4 bar snacks such as Beef, Ginger and Sesame Dumplings and Japanese Fried Chicken. Skewers ($5) include a Cobia Skewer with piri piri sauce and Sweetcorn Skewer with wasabi lime butter and shichimi among others.
At its essence, ETARU Las Olas is a neighborhood restaurant that welcomes local diners as well as visitors with a critically acclaimed menu and vibe that embraces the South Florida scene. The new indoor-outdoor, multi-functional space was designed by Miami Beach’s Urban Robot Associates. The space will be outfitted with natural touches of wood and pops of color mixed with industrial-chic design elements. An impressive tree-like structure will serve as the centerpiece of the restaurant alongside the central Robata grill, which will have an open concept, allowing guests to see the action.
