POSTPONED! Registration for March 22, 2018 Clueless on Las Olas Mystery Party

Feb 20, 2018- In light of the devastating tragedy last week at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, Broward Education Foundation has deemed it best to postpone “Clueless on Las Olas.” More news will be forthcoming, but we ask for your understanding as we navigate in the aftermath of this senseless violence. We will keep you posted when a new date is selected. Please discard the posters and registration invitation postcards we left at your location. New ones will be made when it is rescheduled.

Please contact Shea Ciriago, Broward Education Foundation Executive Director at 754.321.2033 or [email protected] with questions in this matter.

An interactive “whodunit” murder mystery party, “Clueless on Las Olas” captivates the investigator in all! Nearly 500 amateur sleuths will converge on iconic Las Olas Boulevard in search of seven unique clues to deduce the who, what or where of the “dastardly deed.” Patterned after the board game “Clue,” this event offers fun, suspense, hijinks and more! This year’s original mystery is entitled “Condo Confidential”.  THIS YEAR THE EVENT WILL BE TENTED IN CASE OF INCLEMENT WEATHER!  IN ADDITION, THE PURCHASE THREE THE FOURTH ONE IS FREE IS ONLY AVAILABLE UNTIL JANUARY 31.
Now in its 23rd year, amateur detectives and teams of investigators muster at Laura Ward park at historic Stranahan House on Las Olas Boulevard and Southeast 6 Avenue at 5:30 PM– reading the mystery, chatting with sponsors, perusing the silent auction and enjoying refreshments. The wily cast of shady suspects is introduced and gumshoes are charged with helping solve the crime seeking clues at the shops and restaurants on Las Olas. Hints can be purchased from “Snitches” but those darn suspects are masters of misdirection! Returning to the party, sleuths learn a final clue and accuse a suspect. Great prizes are awarded to the canniest investigators!
New this year is the Private V-Eye-P Reception – featuring a full bar and hors d ‘oeuvres, a special swag bag and more- the savviest sleuths meet the suspects first and get a jump on the investigation with dedicated snitches.
Join the fun and make a difference in the lives of students in Broward County Public Schools!
