WHAT: BLCK.BEER in association with Timeline Brewery will host GastroWars at SuViche Las Olas on Sunday, January 31st, featuring a culinary competition between two chefs. Guests will enjoy a five-course prix-fixe menu paired with five craft beers from Funky Buddha Brewery. The sit-down dinner will begin promptly at 7 p.m. and will include a brief description of each course and its respective beer pairing. Guests will have the opportunity to mix and mingle throughout the evening while enjoying delicious dishes and live music by DJ Self Born.
