October 2015 – SuViche, the innovative Peruvian-Japanese restaurant and Pisco bar, was thrilled to welcome Fort Lauderdale Mayor Jack Seiler, Vice Mayor Robert McKinzie and Commissioner Romney Rogers to the Las Olas location in celebration of their grand opening. On Thursday, October 8th, more than 75 community members joined the SuViche team for a ribbon cutting and VIP Grand Opening party where samples of the restaurant’s ceviche, sushi and Peruvian specialties were provided. Guests were also able to enjoy their choice of Pisco cocktails while DJ1Tre (a.k.a. Michael Marino) spun tunes throughout the night.
