Yoga Teachers–Do you freeze when a mom-to-be comes to your yoga class?!

This is a great workshop if you didn’t have Prenatal training in your 200-hour training or if you did but want to brush up on what you learned.

You will learn:

  • The dos and don’ts of yoga for moms-to-be.
  • Asana and pranayama modifications.
  • Integration of a mom-to-be in a mainstream class.

Be prepared, calm and educated. Eligible for 3 continuing education contact hours (Yoga Alliance)
