About the facilitator:

Keegan Mills is an international yoga teacher who has been practicing yoga and healing arts for over 15+ years and teaching for 9 years. As an advanced yoga teacher, she believes yoga is a breathing movement meditation and an opportunity to be more connected to our body’s intelligence creating a pathway for healing and transformation.

Keegan inspires her students to take what happens on the mat out into our everyday lives– to quiet the noise in the mind, tune into the wisdom of the body, and create a deeper level of awareness. Her classes are intentionally designed to make the ancient teachings of yoga accessible to everyone, no matter their age, ability or size. For Keegan, it’s not about the pose, but about being more connected to ourselves and each other.

Her journey to restorative yoga began in San Francisco as a student going to classes on Sunday night as a way to transition into the work week. After having a profound life-altering experience, she embarked on a deeper healing journey to recover from a bicycle accident. She now holds space for people to embark on their own healing in yoga through her teaching, retreats, and workshops.
