Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a meditation-like practice in which you are guided to a deep state of conscious relaxation. While in this state between sleep and wakefulness, you are able to truly turn inward and explore the workings of your inner landscape. The Autumn Equinox is a great time to practice this as we let go of fears and worries and enter the Fall feeling anew. Through reflective journaling, restorative asana, breathwork, and Yoga Nidra, find yourself ready to take on the Fall season with refreshed and revived energy.
