The Historic Stranahan House Museum is the place where Fort Lauderdale began. The house was built in 1901 by Frank & Ivy Stranahan and now serves the community by offering guided and self-guided tours and sharing stories of the birth of the city. The museum also hosts field trips, private tours, venue rentals, themed events, happy hours, and craft fairs.

Visit stranahanhouse.org or call 954-524-4736 to find dates and times of upcoming tours or to learn more about the other offerings.
